I am based in Kansas City and recently graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Over the past 7+ years, I have explored and expanded my knowledge and interests in the music industry. My journey began with concert photography in 2016, capturing local shows, and quickly progressed to shooting at major events like Vans Warped Tour in 2018. This experience opened doors to becoming a house photographer at The Truman, where I photographed artists such as The Driver Era and Andrew McMahon, further solidifying my reputation in the industry.

As I gained more experience, I took on freelance roles with publications like Galaxy Magazine, covering high-profile artists including Hoizer, which significantly boosted my social media presence. During my time at The Rye Studio, where I interned as a senior photographer, I honed my skills in Adobe programs, client communication, and various other facets of visual media. The pandemic allowed me to revisit and refine my work, keeping my creativity alive even when live events were on pause.

In 2021, I co-founded Gallery Space Magazine with fellow photographer Mitch West. GSM is a Midwest-based publication that embraces local arts and fosters collaboration within the creative community. Through GSM, I've expanded my expertise to include writing reviews, conducting interviews, and connecting with other photographers, bands, and tour managers. Our magazine has become a platform for promoting creativity and supporting emerging artists.

In addition to concert photography, my work spans nightclub promotions, street, fashion, and portrait photography. I’ve also delved into creating Spotify song covers, canvases, and social media promotional content like videos, graphics, and website landing pages. This diverse experience has allowed me to contribute to several magazines, including FanGirls World Tour. My dedication to my craft was recognized in September 2023 when I received an Honorable Mention in the International Photography Awards for the “Event, Concert” category.

I interned this past year at Bauer Entertainment Marketing, where I gained hands-on experience in strategic consulting and managing campaigns for major music festivals, artists, and venues. This role provided me with invaluable insights into the business side of the music industry, complementing my creative work and helping me to develop a well-rounded skill set.
